Dual turrets next to each other on the top and bottom? Unusual! I like it. And is that a smaller ship docked in the front?

The guns slide out to the sides. Perhaps to give a wider arc or fire. But I mainly found it visually interesting. I also thought that you'd be able to dock a troop dropship in her to make it an assualt carrier of a sort.
